PAST EVENTS
Check out past events that have been supported or sponsored by Striving for Sustainability.
Striving for Sustainability hosted a Community Green Fest on the Rowley Town Common on August 9, 2025. Over 200 attendees, vendors, and volunteers made the day fun, educational, and inspirational. A big thank you to New England Biolabs for generously supporting the event.

Striving for Sustainability partnered with the Rowley Public Library to host a Toy Swap on Saturday, March 29, 2025. The event gave families the opportunity to donate, swap, or take gently used toys. Swap items included baby toys, toy trucks, puzzles, games, art supplies, and more! It was great to see toys finding new homes instead of people buying new.

Striving for Sustainability hosted a Kids Upcycled Holiday Shop at the Rowley Public Library in December of 2024 and 2025. The event allowed children to “shop” a selection of donated goods for everyone on their holiday shopping list! All shop items were donated or upcycled, and there was no cost for participation.
