Rowley Municipal Lighting Plant (RMLP) offers a Solar Rebate Program which features generous incentives for residential solar Installations.
The program pays a rebate of 60¢ per watt, or up to a total of a $6,000 maximum match for qualifying 0-10kw Solar Power Systems for primary residences in Rowley.
